  • Right to access and data portability. You can request and receive a copy of the personal information we have collected, used, or otherwise processed and you can confirm what personal information has been collected.

  • Right to opt-out.  You can opt-out of targeted advertising, the sale of your personal information or limited sharing of your personal information.
  • Right to appeal. At times we may be unable to process requests relating to your personal information, in which case, your request will be denied. Under the Nevada privacy law, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
